BUBBLING GREEN

A liquid mood lamp.

For the installation of this unusual yet soothing “lamp/fountain”, holes are made in the floor, which are insulated, then filled with fluorescent paint*, glowing under black light. An air compressor blows air into the fluorescent puddles, creating bubbles which surface with a gurgling sound.

*The fluorescent paint, known as PMBG (Patrick Martinez’ Bubbling Green), has been specifically designed and engineered in collaboration with Golden Artist Colors for this project.
